Shipping cost
Shipping is free unless checkout shows a shipping charge before you pay. We do not add a shipping fee after payment. The amount we charge is the total shown at checkout.
Delivery times
Delivery takes 12–20 days from payment on our fastest routes. Distant destinations can add up to 7 days. These are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery date. Checkout does not yet show a separate window for each country.
Tracking
When a tracking number is available, we send it to the email address on the order.
Where we ship
We manufacture and ship direct, worldwide. Shipping is free, and the sale is Delivered Duty Paid: import duty is settled before arrival. The amount we charge is the total shown at checkout.
2-year frame warranty
The frame or chassis of every machine is covered against manufacturing defects for two years from delivery. This commercial warranty is in addition to any legal guarantee, and it does not replace one.
1-year drivetrain and electronics
Motors, controllers, and batteries are covered for one year from delivery under normal riding conditions, against manufacturing defects. For a consumer in the EU, the EEA, or the UK, the legal guarantee of conformity is two years from delivery and applies even where this commercial warranty is shorter. See EU & UK consumer rights.
30-day returns
Unused machines can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus return shipping and any restocking fee we disclose when we authorize the return. Goods made to your specification, where the product page says so before you order, are final sale except where the law still gives you a right to withdraw or a legal guarantee. Damage after delivery
Crash, impact, and wear from use are not manufacturing defects. If a frame is damaged in use, contact us and ask about replacement pricing. We will tell you the price before you order the part. Coverage depends on the model.
Something wrong with an order
Contact us first. We can usually fix a delay, a wrong item, or a defect faster than a bank dispute. The steps are in Returns & Refunds and the Terms of Service.
